Haat is a old version of rural market where in the villages people come and buy food, decoration items, clothes, tools, machines and handicrafts items and many more. It was difficult for tourists to go in the every village to see their culture and to purchase Indian art and crafts, so govt. of India plan to open haat at all metro cities where people can come and meet artisans at one place and purchse the Indian handicrafts. The Dilli haat situated near INA market in south Delhi and near Pitam pura metro station in west Delhi. The INA Market is near AIMS and South Extention and Sufdarjung Airport. Metro is coonected from canaught place to INA.
